DetailsDescription and origin: brightful village carpet from the Atlas Mountains. The harmony and variety of the geometrical and abstract designs make it a tireless piece to look at. The wool is of very good quality, soft and shiny. The main field eventually has a "mihrab" in its center (see the middle of the first picture). Made in Morocco
Dimensions: approx. 335 x 150 cm
Age: mid-20th century
Condition: overall good condition. The carpet is not completly flat, as it is common for carpet woven wool on wool. There is a hole, significant in size (approx. 10 cm x 10 cm), which is quite successfully hidden with a piece of woven cloth (see pictures)
