DetailsDescription and origin: brightful village carpet from the Atlas Mountains, probably from the Ait Yacoub tribe. This rug is a perfect example of a textile as a work of art that generates a strong emotion. An architect could use it for its sleek and modern geometric design. As the weft is made of wool, the carpet is not perfectly flat.
Dimensions: 238 cm x 127 cm
Age: mid-20th century
Condition: overal good condition. The carpet is not completly flat, as it is common for carpet woven wool on wool. One corner is damaged (see picture)
